Kevin Rebel awarded Otter Tail Power Company Scholarship for Spring 2016

The Bismarck State College Foundation has recognized Kevin Rebel of Hebron, ND, as the recipient of the Otter Tail Power Company Scholarship. The $2000 scholarship is payable for the Spring 2016 semester and will help Rebel pursue a technical degree from BSC.

The BSC Foundation is committed to the encouragement and support of academic excellence. Through the support of many generous benefactors, the BSC Foundation was able to budget more than $620,000 in scholarship awards this academic year.
