Jasper Burgess graduates from BSC in Fall 2017

Jasper Burgess graduated from Bismarck State College with an Associate in Applied Science in Power Plant Technology in Fall 2017. Fall graduates are eligible to walk at BSC's commencement ceremony on May 11, 2018.
